  1. Can you ship to PO / APO / FPO Boxes?

    We currently can only deliver to US physical addresses, no PO / APO / or FPO boxes.

  2. What is your return policy?

    We want to be sure you are happy with your purchase!  If the item is unused, unopened, or uninstalled and includes all original packaging / contents, we can take it back no problem.  Contact Us for a RMA number and the address to ship the item back to.  All items must be received back by the fulfillment center within 14 days of the order (this is 14 days when we get it back, not when you ship it, so please take that into account).

    We charge a restocking fee unless we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged/defective.  The restocking fee is 10%.  If the item is returned after 14 days from the order date, the restocking fee is 35%, no exceptions.

    We can only process items that were purchased from us 14 days or less.  Please include your order number and the issue when contacting us so we can process your RMA quickly.

    We will credit the payment method you originally used in most cases.  If the item returned is not re-sellable as new, we reserve the right to offer store credit.  RA refunds are processed 2-4 business days from when we get it back.

    Restrictions

    We cannot accept returns on the following items:

    Food/feed items, chemicals, medications, expired/outdated product, used items where hygene may be an issue, or seed/soil.

    Brand Sepcific Issues

    Some Vendors require that damage, defective or missing parts be 
    handled directly between the consumer and them. These items are unable to be returned to BCI for credit.

  3. Can I do an exchange?

    We currently do not do straight exchanges, but you can return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to replace it.

  5. How do I cancel an order? Cancellation Policy.
    If you need to cancel an order - please message us asap asking to cancel and the reason for cancellation. Many times if the request is after hours or 30 minutes after an order, the 24/7 warehouse has already packed the order and it will not be elligible to cancel. If we can cancel, we will let you know. There will be a 10% processing charge on the order subtotal to catch and stop and order. We have to charge this because it takes time and manpower to stop an order and process a refund, etc. Please be sure you place orders you are fully able to accept to avoid this fee.
